• all payments are made through PayPal invoice or Cashapp.• I reserve the right to refund or cancel any commission for any reason.• Private commissions will have an additional 15% fee and will not be shared or posted anywhere.• Fees will be added for complex character designs, props and backgrounds.• you may request a refund for any reason, but must give me up to two weeks to return payment.• I will not refund finished commissions. Additionally, if you request a commission I have started but not finished—only a partial refund may be returned dependent on my progress.• Holds and payment plans may be requested for trusted mutuals or frequent/returning commissioners.• A week max for payment holds.• If you do not reach out for your commission in 24-48 hours without any warning, you will lose your slot. If you repeatedly ghost me for commissions you will be banned from making an inquiry again.• payments will be made full and upfront unless discussed otherwise, you will have 24 hours max before I contact again.• Payment plans available for commissions over 120 usd. I require a down payment we can decide on and you will be given no more than two weeks to complete payment. Additionally, you will not receive the finished commission until the piece is paid for in full.
commission rules
• I have the right to refuse and refund any commission.• If you do not respond to my initial contact for a commission, I will assume you are not interested and give your slot to someone else.• By commissioning me you allow me to post your piece on any social media website, unless compensated the most I will do is watermark your piece upon request.• Do not spam me for requests or frequently check up on your commission’s progress, I will always be there to answer any questions or concerns but anything regarding your piece’s progress will be made clear on my trello queue.• If I have not started on your commission you may request another character.• I will allow you to change the character of your commission up to three times, any more and you will have to settle with the last character or request a refund.• I draw personal art in between my commissions, if this upsets you for any reason do not commission me.• I will always update you on the sketch, if you would like further updates please request it. (Though I usually ask anyways)• If you say yes to further updates, you are expected to respond in a timely manner• contact me privately for commercial inquiries.• I try my best to be mature and kind to all commissioners, no matter the situation. If I am met with rude remarks or nasty comments of any kind you will be refunded and black listed without question.
adopt or character sale rules
• I reserve the right to decline any bid/offer due to any personal reason I see fit.• Designs and character sales will mainly (or initially/always) be made through Toyhou.se• Unless stated otherwise, private offers made for any of my characters or adopts can only be made through Toyhou.se.• I will not check any other social media platform for offers if strictly limited to Toyhou.se!• you are welcome to change the design after purchasing, but you may not edit or draw over the original artwork.• you must credit me as the creator of the design when applicable.• unless discussed otherwise all character adopts are for personal use only!• Contact me privately for commercial inquiries.• You are welcome to gift, trade or resell my designs.• If you trade or gift a design of mine, you are not allowed to resell. It remains a gift or trade only character.• If you resell a design I created, you can only resell for its original value and added value of any commissioned pieces.• If a design of mine is resold for less than its initial value, that becomes its continued value for future sales. This is only inapplicable if the original seller was compensated for the remaining value not made in financial payment.(For example, selling a character for less than it’s initial worth with an added character trade, its’ initial value remains as intended.)• Don't tokenize or make my art into an NFT (nonfungible token) This includes any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.• The art I create for clients cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI.
